The New Zealand Health Trust
The New Zealand Health Trust is an independent, charitable trust.
It has been set up to help New Zealanders make their own informed decisions about their health and wellbeing,
now and in the future.
Some of the issues that the New Zealand Health Trust are working on are:

- - amalgam fillings - the threat of mercury poisoning
- - aspartame - an ingredient of Equal, Nutrasweet, Equal Measure - the sugar
alternatives

Based at the Sally McCormack house in Manuka Street, Nelson, the hospice inpatient unit provides the
following services:
- - home care
- - 24-hour telephone service
- - inpatient care in the hospice unit
- - palliative care outpatient clinic
- - social worker and counsellor
- - spiritual support
- - bereavement care
- - children’s bereavement support
- - library and information services
